The room is exceptionally clean and compact, comes with the bathroom and very good breakfast, for instance. The breakfast is delicious and awesome, and the location is favourable short walk to R2 restaurant, the holy mosque, and the Haram, Abraj, Markets.

This was a very nice stay, reasonable prices. Stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our choice. Its location was magnificent, short walk to the bridge with luggage, grocery stores and the clock tower. Besides, Zamzam Well was 4 km away from the venue. The food they offered was brilliant, had a huge variety of meals.

The distance to the haram. The good smell when you enter the hall. The good welcome at the front desk. The daily phone calls to see if everything was going well. Excellent stay. JazzakoumAllahu kheir.
It would be better to have a sliding door or a shower curtain. This will prevent water from getting everywhere at the exit of the shower.

No access to hotel. We had to walk a long crowded street with loggage to reach hotel.

perfectly situated near the kaaba and local dining
I loved how close everything was , with the Kaaba being just under 4 km away and plenty of eateries like Cafe' Cino just a few steps from my hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Lot of things actually and washrooms specifically as these have no proper drainage. Tea cups not cleaned nor replenished.when asked i was told to clean it myself...... in addition they charged me the amount agian? I thought Booked.net has already charged my credit card? i am shur ei will not be charged twice??
